another PR to address part of openEOPlatform/architecture-docs#320

made the main registration link a button that stands out more: @m-mohr I did it with inline CSS based on the buttons from https://docs.openeo.cloud/ I didn't found a cleaner way to do this with vuepress components
dropped the notion of "steps" as the whole flow should be more automatic now
moving some things around to simplify and strip down the whole document

Looks good, I like the improvements.

CSS: I guess that's fine for now...
