nodata in t19 #8

We observed some bad predictions in the area of Brussels. Inspection of the input features shows that a lot of the features look fine, except for t19.

Can we improve interpolation to ensure that it at least has some value? image

applied the tstep filling fix from landcover usecase, looks better now
