croptype: cereals in southern region #9

Southern regions e.g. in italy now classify a lot as 'other'. Inspection reveals that this might be areas where cereals should make up the majority. Perhaps also trace back different recent adjustments:

tsteps fix + cloudmask buffer
use ascending + descending for S1
different models?
