Hi everyone,

I have gave the document to my hierarchy / juridical service for assessment.

MERCEmentre commented 10 years ago

Hello,

I also gave the document to the person in charge of Intellectual Property.

One question: is the Charta for the openETCS project or/and the openETCS foundation?

Best regards, d.

MERCEmentre commented 10 years ago

@BerndHekele My question has not been answered.

Besides, Mitsubishi Electric R&D Centre Europe (MERCE) agree with this Charta.

BerndHekele commented 10 years ago

@KlausRuedigerHase : can you please take this question?

TonyCrabtree commented 10 years ago

The openETCS Foundation should not be affected by what is written in the Charta. The work is being done by the Project and the Charta should reflect the needs and obligations of the Project. However, the Charta should be consistent with the Statutes of the openETCS Foundation. I hope this helps. Regards, Tony

Sorry, a pull request does not seem feasible, considering that the document is written in Word, not Latex. I'll file individual issues instead.

UPDATE: Review Complete.

A small remark on the key customer: Since this issue is a non technical document I would expect for all the cluster leader to be mandatory reviewers.

Document given to juridical service of CEA.

Issue #7 is blocking the process.

MarcBehrens commented 10 years ago

The document was classified as 'not critical from juridical point of view' so I agree to it.
