for rules applicable during document review please refer to : https://github.com/openETCS/governance/blob/master/Review%20Process/OpenETCS_ReviewProcess_0.2.1.pdf it is planned to have stage 1 review completed until November 3th in order to start the stage 2 review with the review team during first part of WP3 workshop

@christiangiraud , @BaseliyosJacob : Since both claim to specify the openETCS architecture, the content should consistently be integrated with https://github.com/openETCS/modeling/tree/master/openETCS%20ArchitectureAndDesign/SecondIteration into one document.

Dear Uwe, thank you very much for your comment. We are working at the moment to get a consistency. And this is a goal by Fausto next Workshop on the WP 3 architecture.
