openETCS.org: Ugly wrapping for small windows #58

When visiting openetcs.org, the template looks really ugly if the browser window is smaller than roughly 1200 pixels: The menu wraps, and "Upcoming Events" is shown underneath the main text, rather than in the right column.

Can someone please fix the layout?
