please consider to vote for @Nicolas-VanLandeghem to become a committer of the governance repository.

As decided in the PMB meeting on November 15th 2013 WP leaders are in charge update a section of the state of deliverables wiki page. Nicolas will take over this duty from @PatrickDeutsch and needs to be committer to do this.
