Dear all,

we maintain the public state of deliverables wiki page to keep track of the project progress and WP leaders are in charge to update the wiki page by the beginning of every month. Please update the wiki page by 3rd of September and confirm your update (or that the current state is still up to date) in this issue. In charge for the update are:

In case that you have problems editing the wiki page feel free to send the information to me and I will update the wiki page for you.

@mahlmann thanks for the update. Despite I have access to the ITEA website, I have no way to upload deliverables. Is there any tutorial providing some help we could use ?

mahlmann commented 10 years ago

@Nicolas-VanLandeghem : There is kind of a tutorial for the ITEA website available. However, my experience is that the tutorial is outdated in some parts (according to Murphys law this usually applies to the parts you need). Having said this, the upload can only be done by WP leaders, i.e. @PatrickDeutsch in case of WP5, or me. If the deliverables have been approved by the persons named above, I can upload them for you.

@mahlmann unfortunately, neither D5.1 (issue 8) nor M5.1 (issue 10) have been approved, despite they are now closed and were opened for weeks... I am going to set up a Test Workshop to ensure some partners will use our deliverables, maybe this will help creating interest on the topic. In the mean time, I understand I have to check with @idelatorre to ensure SQS is dealing with both D5.1 and M5.1 documents at least.

@mahlmann I think you ought to check D5.1 url on the wiki page of deliverables. There is a dot at the end of the link, which breaks the link. Thanks in advance.

@Nicolas-VanLandeghem : The link has been corrected, thanks for pointing this out. Concerning the review respectively approval I agree with your proposal. Just send me a message when the deliverables are ready for upload.

With exception of WP3 all WP leaders updated the state of deliverables. Issue will be closed.
