All major documents which need a review should have their onw repository dedicated to that document. Then it is easy to track all isseus only for that particular document with the issue tracker. Otherwise it can be very confusing, what document was meant.

In that case of multiple documents in the same repository to be reviewd, the headline of the issue should start with some document ID like "OETCS/WP1/D1.3.1" and Page No./ Line No.

Alternativly, the use of Label in the issue tracker could be useful. They are very visible and allow for filtering. The labels can be pre-defined, so not every reporter has to know the right tag. I think with labels, it is even no problem to magae multiple documents within one repository. The person starting the review should create the label and annouce it.

We introduced the use of labels as well as branches. I see this item as closed.
