That action: "Merge the associated RC branch into the repository master branch. (TI.6.1.7. RC Branch merging)" should not be excersised during the RC but only during revision. Otherweise there is a great likelyhood that conflicting statements get merged togeter into the same document. This is not needed for a REVIEW.

OK!, The 'Review process' document has been updated and renamed to 'Revision process', the use of branchs is exclusive of the 'Revision process'
