This chapter needs to be split up in a purely "Review" and a purely "Revision" Chapter, better make 2 documents one for "Reviwe" and one for "Revision".

Tools, skills and repository push/pull as well as IPR requirements are too different to do evereting in one document.

Pur "reviewers" need something very small and compact to read in not more than 10 minutes.

OK!!, the processes are explained in two different documents. The 'Revision process' is now available as well as a short summary of the two processes (Revision_Review_Process document).

The 'Review process' document shall be available soon.
