Please create a 1-page self-contained summary of the review process as PDF #30

Once the review process is complete, please create a one-page summary of it as a separate PDF. This can be a diagram, a list, whatever. But: it should allow a sufficiently skilled person (i.e. someone who knows what a "committer" is, etc.). to perform a review in any role. It must list all relevant naming conventions and URLs.

As this is supporting material, the use of Latex is optional.

You can find a quick-guide for the 'Review Process' as a separated PDF in https://github.com/openETCS/governance/tree/master/Review%20Process with the following name: Quick guide_Review process.pdf.

Besides this, the diagram has also been included in the Review process as an ANNEX.

Please, fell free to make any comment with regard to the diagram provided. If you agree, similar diagrams can be prepared for the review and change/problem management processes.

On the other hand, I have taken the opportunity to update the versioning of the documents to follow the versioning strategy explained in https://github.com/openETCS/ecosystem/wiki/Versioning-artifacts.

Thanks, I think that this is a huge help for everybody involved in reviews. I anticipate more changes to the review process itself, we just have to make sure that the document is updated accordingly if the process changes.
