issue 1: please clarify. What do you mean?. In the pdf I created I see the annexes titles and also each table title in blue (the first row). In addition to this, in annex A there is only one table
issue 2: Top-Project/WP leaders and Task/Project Leaders have core competences for their role. Besides to this, additional competences could be required in each projects and the column 'Specific Competences/ Responsibilities per project' specifies them.
For example, WP6 leader and WP2 or WP4 leaders shall have some comon competences (both are WP leaders) but they need additional competences in their specific Project (projects: disemmination, requirements, validation,..). In the table of the annex A you can see an example for the Task/Project leader and the QA activities Project. In case of a role does not need this information, not applicable shall be written

--> the table has a title, OK... i see no number (like Table 1 or Table 1.1 and so on) + the table can not be referenced in the chapter "Figures and Tables", a chapter where all the Tables and figures present in the document shall be listed.
--> This chapter (Figures and Tables) is missing at all in our document
The tables shall be modified to contain the Caption so they can be listed in a 'Figures and Tables' index.
