Please reopen #10 (Central place to document ongoing reviews) #45

I would like to reopen the following issue, but do not seem to have permissions to do so:

I still think it would be very useful to have a central place for all ongoing reviews. This should not be a maintenance issue, as long as the review owner has write permissions to that location. A simple wiki page would be adequate.
