Methods, measures and tools suitable for the safety target (System/Software SIL) The created QA-Plan sets out all possible Methods, measures and tools suitable for a SIL 4 development process, see appendix E. These are misleading, because the safety objectives (for the OpenETCS-SW or Tool chain) are not concretely defined in the QA-Plan.

Appendix E was deletd because the methods still are not defined. When the methods are defined we will add this chapter with methods used details about the mehods.

@idelatorre do you think the methods are defined enough to be documented inside the QA- Plan?
