Configuration Management Plan The created CM-Plan is to abstract and do not handle the concrete implementation of the CM process for the openETCS Software development process or the Tool chain development process

SCMP version 0.0.1 (https://github.com/openETCS/governance/tree/master/SCMP) contains more specific content, e.g. process descriptions and CI attributes.
