The issues from the Internal Assessors Frédérique Vallée and Norbert Schäffer have been gathered, and adressed to the documents reviewed during this first Internal Assessment session. They are available here: https://github.com/openETCS/internal-assessment/issues?state=open
The issues have now to be commented and answered by the documents authors in order to split the comments in two categories:
- the remark is light, and addresses small changes/ cosmetic/ punctuation... Then it can be transformed into a "standard" remark, and the issue can be transferred to another one in the current documentation review process. The issue will be closed in the Internal Assessment repos if accepted by the author/ project quality leader. The link from this internal assessment issue to the normal review process issue created has to be realized by the document author or the project quality task leader.
- the remark is more important, and addresses potential significative changes on the document (CENELEC compliance issue, document structure). In this case, your comment on the issue will be sent back to the Internal Assessor concerned, and the issue will be assigned to the Internal Assessment review session1 wrap up label. This issue will then be presented to the next Workshop on Safety Assessment in February 2014 in Nürnberg: https://github.com/openETCS/validation/wiki/First-Workshop-on-Safety-Assessment.
Here is a litle summary of the 1st internal assessment issues:
- 15 issues have been raised for the Quality Assurance Plan (v0.10.1)
- 7 issues have been raised for the Software Configuration Management Plan (v0.0.0)
- 2 issues have been raised for the Revision Review Process (v0.2.0)

You can provide your remarks by creating an Issue in this GitHub Repository. Each remark can lead to a specific issue creation, but if remarks or comments are adressing the same aspect of the document, they can be merged in one issue.
Each Issue creation in the frame of this 1st Internal Assessment Review Session has to be labelled by "1st Review Session" and "QA_Documentation_Review". These labels can be chosen in the "Add Labels" section, next to the Issue creation space.
