I can not compile Manage_MA_Request of TrackAtlas package. SCADE indicates that there is a xml file is malformed.

hmm, sounds rather like a local issue. try to close all SCADE instances, and pull again from git. If that does not help, might have to reboot or even recheck-out the whole repository

I can build the component and simulate it, so it is a local problem.

I test the user story. And it is OK. The test is at modeling/test/src/TrackAtla/MovementAuthority/userStory9.sss
