Testbench_integration: simulation undefined when cab is closed #903

now I am not saying this is a typical usecase, but

if you unpress cab-open ("cab-close") along the line, it breaks the simulation. I am not too worried, that the sim becomes unusable, but the train does neither brake nor stop. Should this be fixed?

I see this as a bug - but it has several components. 1st - train needs to come to a stop. 2nd - train needs to change to appropriate level and mode.

I also observed we do not have a proper check when mode is changed to SB on standstill.
