As a modeler (WP3), I need a toolchain based on Luna, so that I can take advantage of the latest Papyrus improvements.

Things to be done:

[ ] Inform WP7
[ ] Check with existing plugins in Platform
[ ] Check implications with Scade API
[ ] Implication with WP3 model
[ ] Proper testing, pilot, release plan, etc.

At the WP7 Workshop (Munich) we decided that there is no reason any more to stick with Kepler, as Scade System is not being used. Potential problem is the Scade API
