For traceability mechanism we need to evaluate reqCycle

• [ ] Create an OpenETCS version with reqCycle
• [ ] Find Partners in WP3 to work together
• [ ] Choose a part of the subset as benchmark (see Moritz mport)
• [ ] Try it
• [ ] Propose a process
• [ ] Take a decision
