Priority: High Storypoints: 13 Task: During the verification and validation activities there will be different questions raised against the specification. The different types of questions (e.g. editorial, consistency, designer's choice) should have different treatment and the question how to deal with them should be evaluated.

Work scope:

[ ] How to verify the requirements?
- openETCS requirements (WP2)
- SSRS requirements (WP3)

[ ] Define categories for specificaitonal findings
- Questions creating an impediment for further work
- Process needed: Who is in the position to provide a decision on it?
- Questions not creating an impediment for further work
- Can be handed in by the one involved in the task.
[ ] Evaluation of how to deal with the different categories
[ ] Define template for specificational findings, how they could be reported (LaTeX)
[ ] Document process for specificaitonal findings within wikipage.

The topic is covered by the openETCS Change Problem Process covering the branch related to openETCS requirement. Requirements related to SSRS are not covered. I see the need of an achorage of this aspect in the QA-Plan and opened an issue on this in governance: https://github.com/openETCS/governance/issues/61
