Integrate GLFW support #5

Integrate seamless GLFW support for RPI, and other linux platforms. Get rid of "ofAppRaspberryPi" window, etc.

GLFW doesn't yet support RPI. But it should soon.

I am closing this for now. We can reopen it when GLFW merged into the oF core.
