missing wifi driver for RTL8821CE #32

hello, i'm not sure exactly what to write here. but the current openfyde system is missing the wifi driver for RTL8821CE. thanks

thanks for the issue comment. u just saved me from ruining my system. please refer to https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce for the driver. It works on my arch linux system.
