Designer stores Theme.res which cannot be loaded

Often after changing theme properties and storing them the theme.res file is 
corrupted in a way that hinders the Designer from loading the theme.

The Designer then stops updating the UI which makes it impossible to work with 
it.

See the attached file.

Expected behaviour: 
The Designer should be able to load theme.res files it created.
If an error occurs nonetheless it should display an error.
