Iterating over an Array or a Set( I don't understand) gives error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load Options at startup.
2.show OptionForm from a button tap.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the form shows correctly, instead most of the times the app crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last cn1, iOS6, iOS8 both newVM=true

Please provide any additional information below.
try more than one time because sometimes it doesn't crash...

We need a test case that is small and that can actually be executed by us.
