Apple Watch/Android Wear support for Codename One #1394

Both Apple Watch and Android wear provide a "notification" based interface 
where apps can send a notice to the watch:
https://developer.apple.com/watchkit/

They both provide the ability for the notifications to be customized and for 
"actionable" notifications that accept a "YES/NO" or various other options 
(e.g. email archive, dictate message etc.). 

This seems like an API we could easily add in a generic way similarly to the 
notification API we already have for Android (possibly even leveraging that).
