iPad landscape mode broken on iOS 7.1

Please clearly state whether the issue relates to a device/the simulator or
the tools.
If related to a device be sure to specify exactly which device with as much
details as possible.

The problem is on the new iOS vm.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch an app on iPad 2 simulator with iOS 7.1, when the simulator is in 
landscape mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The problem is that, the upper top screen is not used for drawing and app is 
very ugly (see attachment). (This is iOS version specific problem, everything 
is working correctly on iOS 8.2)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The latest buildserver build.

Please provide any additional information below.

The new vm used to work correctly before, I tested that an older build did not 
had this issue.

Steve, might this be related to your latest fixes?
We might need to condition them to iOS 8+?
