When a user tries to log in and gets Failed Adding a pop up would help him to act further

Just found the error is

java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "pilot.kuelap.io": No address associated with hostname

where there is no toast pop up because it does not comes under HttpException so Added a Error Toast message for else part
