Summary:

Overlapping failed icon and text in case of no network in 3 fragments

Steps to reproduce:

Close data connection and then open Clients section, Groups Section or Centers section from navigation drawer

Expected behavior:

The icons and text should be separated

Observed behavior:

The icon and text are overlapping

Device and Android version:

Infocus m810 Android 5.0.2 API Level 21
