Menu Icon not working #2714

Description

The menu icon does not show the menu items on clicking it.

Steps to Reproduce

Login>Click on the menu icon

Expected Behaviour

Should show the entire list of menu items as shown when mouse pointer is dragged to left side.

Actual Behaviour

The menu items are not shown as the icon is unresponsive.
