Description

Enhance layout for input forms which are not uniform and responsive throughout pages.

Steps to Reproduce

After completing this step #2805 can be done properly.

Expected Behaviour

Actual Behaviour

Accounting -> Accounting rules table_inpur

Accounting -> Add journal entry journal
