Issue in Address section of Client creation page #3066

Multiple addresses are created during client creation. Please try to get validation error during client creation. It will create multiple addresses. Client (Test Client 12334 Client #: 000003272) created in Demo site has 4 times Address created.

This issue is from the current version of demo site (Version 17.07.01.RELEASE).
