Create Client not working in Fineract Develop version

It is a Single-Page App (SPA) written in web standard technologies.

Create Customer not working in Fineract Develop version

Steps to Reproduce

1) Deploy Fineract Develop 2) Try to create a Client it will throw error 500

Expected Behaviour

It Should create Client

Actual Behaviour

Settings

Mifos X version: Develop
Browser used: Chrome
OS: Mac
