Disable renovate bot which proposes dependency upgrades #70

@francisguchie has privately emailed me asking:

"what would i look out for if i were to merge the open PRs from the renovate (NOT dependabot) bot"

I have given this some thought, and I actually believe these PRs can all be closed in bulk - and this bot can and should be disabled - for this particular repo (only).

That's because while those Maven versions "should" be "close to" the ones in Fineract, in practice this doesn't really matter all that much... because they are (intentionally!) compileOnly anyways.

@francisguchie please let me know here if you agree and want me to help with disabling that bot here?

@vorburger , Honestly, i was thinking otherwise , (reason is i like having repos that are up-to-date , and this is just a personal preference). However, when it comes to this repo, having go through a few challenges with Pentaho jars and their availability and compatibility issues, I agree with you. kindly help in disabling renovate bot on this repo.
