Summary:

When a user requests withdrawal of an account, he should get a message saying that Withdrawal request pending when he opens the account. Steps to reproduce:

Savings account - Withdrawal request for account

Expected behaviour:

Show "withdrawal requested" message

Observed behaviour:

Nothing to identify if withdrawal is requested
