Operator Code Enhancements

This PR introduces setup using Docker, service creation/deletion enhancement, and some code cleanups within the project.

Key Changes:

Dockerfile Added: Introduced a Dockerfile to streamline the containerization of the project.
Script Updates: Improved the deployment script to align with the new Docker setup.
Service Creation Logic Updated: Refined the logic for creating services.
Service Deletion Logic Added: Implemented new logic for properly deleting services.
Configuration Cleanup: Removed unwanted configurations.

Addresses: #1 Issue Ticket
