Easy to use, simple to setup test environment for development, testing for DFSPs and their developers. Could be used for UAT testing by the DFSPs. Requires a single computer to run all the components to enable:

Functional testing
Happy scenarios
Modelling failure scenarios by artificially injecting delays, error cases
Performance testing

Specify happy-path and erroneous use-cases
Create test input files
Integrate simulator into the payment workflow, prepare Payment Hub to receive simulator calls
Evaluate the result and fix upcoming errors
Find the performance bottle-necks, analyse the memory, processor usages and make the necessary changes Development estimation: 10 days (14 days) without performance improvement (if needed)
