Description

In register form restrict the user to input number only in phone number field.

Steps to reproduce

Move to https://openmf.github.io/web-self-service-app/#!/register and check

Expected Behaviour

Should only allow number in mobile number field

Actual Behaviour

No restriction is there.

Settings:

-Browser used: Chrome
