The contributing guidelines currently only contain rules for sign and sign-off. Code-styling and documentation styling is missing.

C++: Add a rule for using clang-tidy and clang-format. Every repository of OpenMSL can have their own clang files. Formatting just has to be consistent within one repository. clang-tidy and clang-format will be checked in the CI pipeline.
Markdown: I suggest using these markdown rules. A linter to enforce these rules in pull requests is already implemented in the CI pipeline.
