Align HelloWorldSensor with changes in OSMPDummySensor #26

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The coordinate transformations in the OSMPDummySensor are about to change.

Describe the solution you'd like Align the HelloWorldSensor with the changes in the OSMPDummySensor once they have been merged to the main branch in OSMP.

The corresponding PR (https://github.com/OpenSimulationInterface/osi-sensor-model-packaging/pull/95) was merged. So the template can now be aligned to the current DummySensor.
