Create semantic for GH workflows #46

Problem: The overview page of GH actions is cluttered with information. Especially the left panel with "workflows"

The assumtions is, that all workflow files are parsed and displayed according to the given name in the workflow file. Most files are not actually workflows to be run by itself but a "calling method" of a overarching workflow.

Task: Make sure only relevant workflows with "meaningful names" are displayed. Sort and rename workflow files (maybe in folders?). Have a look into cleaning up old workflows.

This was fixed by deleting the workflows manually. Once they have been deleted, they will not appear again. I will clean up the other repositories, when the remaining PRs for the pipeline are merged here. Then I will update the other repositories accordingly.
