Apparently workflows cannot be located in sub-folders. They have to be all in the "workflows" folder.

It is a bit of an odd behavior: The workflows with runs disappear, after I deleted the old runs. For workflows that have never run on their own, this was not possible. They had to run once, then I could delete the run and then the workflow disappeared from the menu.

If this is what you envisioned @jdsika we can close this PR without merging, as there are no changes to the pipeline.
