Define test description template

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently it is not directly apparent from the test folders, what the individual tests do.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a readme in every test folder describing, what the test does. A template should guide the user through the test definition. It should contain the following points:

• Short description of the test (maybe with a diagram of the co-simulation setup - can this be generated automatically from the SSD file?)
• Description of the scenario or input trace file
• Metrics used for the evaluation of the simulation
• Pass/Fail criterion of the test
