smaller QTextEdit used to display the pattern data.
replaced some layouts with QWidgets, because they are more flexible than QBoxLayouts since QWidgets can be locked horizontally and/or vertically.

Awesome! This PR fixes some annoyances that the Tile Viewer window had when resizing, including the “info character” text-box taking too much space.

Changes in .ui files are difficult to review. I also didn't try to run the updated code (yet). But I'll trust your judgment.
