[Bug] Drum sounds missing in YM2413 [sf#418] #812

Reported by manuelbi on 2011-07-27 20:53 UTC See attached MBM pattern. On the default YM2413 core (Burczynski) you can hear nothing. On the alternative one (Okazaki), you hear the hi hats. The original bug reporter had a much more complex song of course, and there more drum sounds were missing. This shows one of the worst. The song was made on a real MSX so, it's definitely a bug in Burczynski.
