[Bug] Typing the text in Catapult media box doesn't insert media [sf#537] #32

Reported by manuelbi on 2014-06-09 09:17 UTC This used to work: type in the text manually in the media comboboxes and Catapult will insert the media. (There is a focus lost trick in the code for this. Apparently this code is never triggered anymore.)

Just tried it again with opeMSX 0.15.0, but it seems to work fine. Closing.
