[Feature] Add 'restore defaults' option to catapult [sf#118] #4

Reported by jorito on 2005-04-13 21:19 UTC add an option to catapult to restore all settings like scanline, blur, frameskipt, etc to the defaults openmsx was shipped with.

Why? I had problems with the gamma slider in cataput resetting to a value I thought was wrong. I assumed that the 'reset' button in catapult would reset the slider back to the factory defaults, not to the value stored in settings.xml. And since settings.xml gets saved when you exit catapult this results in unexpected behaviour.
