Add OpenCV to OpenSource SfM list #35

I'm aware of their port but I don't consider their implementation as a stable pipeline.

Well, both TeleSculptor and OpenSfM use OpenCV as a dependency. If not the whole pipeline (I haven't checked that out), then at least some OpenCV algorithms could be considered legit.
