sphinx-rtd-theme not found anymore #1

Currently we cannot build our ReadTheDocs documentation anymore. I do not know why, but for some reason the sphinx-rtd-theme is not found any longer. @apdavison or @olinux I need help with this (I do not understand why it suddenly does not work anymore).

(issue solved by adding the readthedocs requirements.txt to the main branch and including the pointer to this file into the yaml)
